FUNCTIONAL BREATHING
Breathing affects all of our body's systems and functions. In this class, you will learn the 4 pillars of a functional breath, the science behind them, and we will practice together.
RECONNECTED BREATH FOR NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET
The breath is a powerful tool to clear out stored stress responses held in our nervous system, breathing pattern, and body. In this class we will set intentions together, breathe a gentle Reconnected Breath, and then join in a circle to share and honor experiences.
ABOUT STACY:
Stacy uses a combination of breathwork exercises, somatic techniques, and embodiment practices to increase stress resilience, reduce anxiety and depression, and regulate the nervous system. She is a certified Oxygen Advantage instructor, Buteyko practitioner, and Neurodynamic Breathwork Facilitator.
