Be guided through modalities for self exploration and be supported by the wisdom of the community beside you. Show up as you are, with a journal and something to write with. ABOUT RACHEL & TAMI Through co-founding and co-creating Rise Gatherings, Rachel & Tami inspire women to connect with themselves, nature and other women, in community. They lead retreat experiences and workshops with their warmth and wisdom and are devoted to raising women's voices and spirits.
