Rise Night Out is Rise Gatherings' spin on women gathering for an evening out! It's a casual, high-vibe environment where all are welcome and encouraged to try self care activities and connect with others in community.

Make your own tea from natural herbs, flowers and spices and learn about the healing powers of horticultural therapy.
Choose from a variety of natural objects and tap into your creativity by painting freely or with a different mediums to design your own inspired art to bring home with you.
Release daily stress and accumulated tension with a mini massage treatment.
Receive a Lymphatic Drainage mini-treatment to drain away toxins and encourage your lymphatic system to deliver fresh nutrients to your body.
Make your own roll on applicator with a selection of herbs and pure essential oils to energetically and therapeutically support your mind, body and soul.
Tune up your pipes and sing along to some of your favorites
Receive an inspired henna design with essential oil infused handcrafted pastes.
Delight in a delicious variety of sweets to go with your Wake Beverage!

Space is limited to 50 participants. Come yourself or with your women for a memorable night out.
This line up of women will offer their services and products for you to enjoy. It's a great way to connect with resources in the community that can support and inspire you beyond the event!
Loose Tea Making
Marsha is recognized as a Registered Horticultural Therapist by the American Horticultural Therapy Association. She developed her expertise as a student at Temple University and by working at Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital, where she utilized physical and occupational therapy modalities to restore patients’ cognitive skills. Marsha provides horticultural therapy programming for senior living communities, floral design programs for the general public, and gardening and nature programs for children.
Restorative Massage
Through the use of therapeutic massage therapy, Sharai targets sore and tense muscles to bring relief. You’ll leave feeling lighter and rejuvenated after your personalized session.
Raise Your Voice & Rock the Mic
A professional singer, writer, and communications pro for over 20 years, Karen Gross has a unique understanding of the voice. Today, as the founder and host of She Rocked It, she is dedicated to helping women amplify their voices and align their creativity with their careers. She Rocked It is a media and mentorship platform where creative, courageous women rock it together.
Lymphatic Face Massage
Melissa left her corporate career as Vice President of an international software company to pursue her personal healing journey. She channeled that into supporting others as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist and Personal Trainer specializing in corrective movement. She currently offers private treatment sessions at Golden Dragon Healing in Springhouse, PA.
Yoga + Intuitive Painting
It is Rebecca's passion to share her love for creative arts, yoga, and well-being with others. She holds space for women to show up as they are and guides them to create, move, and feel from that place.

Jess owns Seven Pines Apothecary - Massage & Aromatherapy and Spa Pamper Parties. Her team of professional women in the body, mind and soul service industries bring their passions and skills to your location for any special event or occasion.
Henna
Local fine artist Amanda Moonbaby brings her intuitive style and attention to detail to the world of body art, providing Jagua and Henna design throughout Eastern PA and NJ. With essential oil infused handcrafted pastes, Moonbaby provides an intimate and inspiring body art experience whether you need a night of relaxation, celebration, or adornment for an upcoming event.
Role
Rachel and Tami, Co-Creators of Rise Gatherings, are on a mission to provide resources and produce retreat experiences for women to nurture themselves and connect in community.

Arrive when you can! You are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the entirety of the evening and to select and sign up for the activities you want to participate in. They are first come first served.
Enjoy sweets on the house and purchase additional ones to bring home. Wake Coffee baristas will be making hot and cold beverages for you to purchase if you wish!
Yes, you will be in good company! Many women attend Rise Gatherings events on their own with the intent of connecting with others.
Nope! All you need to do is book your ticket to the event. Space is limited and past Rise Night Out events have sold out.
Rise Gatherings events are for self identifying women of all ages and from all places. We believe that a diverse community is rich with the connection and wisdom that we all seek.
You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want. The evening is at its heart about being in community.

Rise Night Out is on, rain or shine.
All Rise Night Out tickets are transferable but nonrefundable.
