SUP 101: THE BASICS
WORKSHOP #1, SATURDAY, 9:30-11:30AM
This class is for EVERYONE. Beginners will learn the fundamentals of SUP and be instructed on proper paddle technique. Those who have SUP experience will be coached to help perfect form and paddle techniques.
SUP YOGA & FLOATING MEDITATION
WORKSHOP #3, SUNDAY, 9:30-11:00AM
Enjoy the gentle and therapeutic nature of a Yoga practice, coupled with the soothing effects of the water. Challenge your balance and engage the mind, body and spirit while floating into a world of rejuvenation and respite. You will begin your SUP Yoga class with a demonstration on the shore to teach you launching, paddling, how to stand and basic SUP safety procedures. We will then paddle to a secluded spot on the lake and anchor to our floating Yoga studio. After your guided class you will enjoy a soothing savasana that gently rocks you into complete relaxation.
SMALL GROUP + INDIVIDUAL SUP LESSIONS
Deepen your SUP skills with Kami during one of her small group or individual lessons. Enjoy SUP 101, Power Paddle, or SUP Skills in a small group of four (4). The Joy of SUP is a private one-on-one lesson...just you and Kami!
Kami is the owner of Aqua Om Paddle, a SUP company in Pennsylvania, and loves to share her passion for paddle boarding. SUP improves balance, gives us peace of mind and builds confidence.
