SUP 101: THE BASICS - WORKSHOP 

This class is for EVERYONE. Beginners will learn the fundamentals of SUP and be instructed on proper paddle technique. Those who have SUP experience will be coached to help perfect form and paddle techniques. 


SUP YOGA & FLOATING MEDITATION - WORKSHOP

Enjoy the gentle and therapeutic nature of a Yoga practice, coupled with the soothing effects of the water. Challenge your balance and engage the mind, body and spirit while floating into a world of rejuvenation and respite. You will begin your SUP Yoga class with a demonstration on the shore to teach you launching, paddling, how to stand and basic SUP safety procedures. We will then paddle to a secluded spot on the lake and anchor to our floating Yoga studio. After your guided class you will enjoy a soothing savasana that gently rocks you into complete relaxation. 


SUNRISE YOGA FOR ALL - CLASS

Roll out of bed and over to the dock for stretching, sighing, and gentle movement to settle into your body and your day.


SMALL GROUP + INDIVIDUAL SUP LESSONS

Deepen your SUP skills with Kami during one of her small group or individual lessons described below:

Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) for Beginners Small Group Lesson: If you've never been on a paddleboard before or you have and consider yourself a beginner, join Kami to learn the basics...carrying your board and paddle, entering the water, getting up on your board, kneeling and standing! We'll try basic paddling strokes from kneeling and standing positions at your pace.  

Power Paddle Small Group Workout: In this class we'll rotate through a combination of paddle techniques and core-centric exercises, ending with a relaxing stretch. This lesson will leave you feeling strong and empowered. We'll laugh, sweat, and sometimes splash our way through this unique and FUN workout. Previous SUP experience is recommended. 

Joy of Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) Individual Lessons: This 1:1 private lesson with Kami can be customized to your needs. Meet with Kami at the lake and after a brief conversation, enjoy a private Beginners lesson, Power Paddle workout, Yoga/Meditation or a little of each. You choose how you want to spend your time on the lake with Kami.
