3:00pm - Rest as Resistance Workshop with Sara Schwartz

In our light-speed world of grind culture, productivity is seen as paramount. We often feel that rest is a luxury, but is it? What would our world look like if rest was our right and our priority? What connections would emerge if we slowed down, created intentional space for rest and resisted "doing" for being?

In this workshop, we will explore rest as a form of liberation and how we can enhance and commit to rest practices in our lives.

Retreat Reviews

The vibe created was incredibly welcoming from the second I walked through the door. This energy flowed from Rachel and Tami to every woman to the point that we felt completely comfortable opening up our souls to people who were complete strangers before this day. The day pushed us and was full of tears, laughs and kindness. The transformational retreat unlocked something in me and every woman present. I felt a surge of inspiration from this event and have felt a shift in the Universe that pushes me to be true to myself and follow my dreams.

I did not know anyone signed up to go to the retreat but I felt a connection to it and knew I must attend in spite of any fears I had of not knowing what to expect or other people.

I am so glad that I honored my intuition and put my big girl pants on that day and went to the retreat all by myself.  From the moment I arrived to the amazing property I knew it was going to be a special day.  It far exceeded my expectations!

The day’s events were scheduled so beautifully.  Everything flowed so smoothly and naturally.  It was structured so well that it did not feel structured. The activities were all so great. I don’t think I can pick one over the other as a favorite as they were all different but equally great.  And, the food was amazing. Really, the entire retreat was wonderful.  It was just what I needed.
