REWRITING UNHELPFUL THOUGHTS: THINK BETTER TO FEEL BETTER - WORKSHOP
Our beliefs shape how we feel, what we attempt, and how we treat ourselves and others… but many of them go unquestioned. This experiential workshop introduces practical, science-backed tools for identifying unhelpful thinking patterns and learning how to gently rewrite them. The focus is not on forced or “toxic” positivity, but on developing a more balanced, realistic, and supportive inner dialogue.
THE PSYCHOLOGY OF EFFECTIVE BEHAVIOR CHANGE - WORKSHOP
Sustainable change rarely comes from dramatic overhauls. More often, it comes from small, consistent shifts and iterative improvements. This workshop explores the science of habit formation and how to design behaviors that work with your energy, motivation, and real life. Participants will learn how to move from intention to follow-through using realistic, compassionate strategies based in behavior change science to apply to their own goals.
DESIGNING WHAT MATTERS: VALUES CLARITY & MEANINGFUL GOAL SETTING - WORKSHOP
It’s easy to set goals based on what we think we should want and much harder to pause and ask what truly matters. This reflective, psychology-informed workshop helps participants reconnect with their core values and translate them into realistic, energizing, and effective goals. Rather than focusing on achievement for achievement’s sake, we explore alignment. The difference is between striving for more and building what’s most meaningful.
