ROOTED & RADIANT WOMAN BY COACH MARIE - CLASS
This class is an embodied movement experience that invites women to reconnect with their bodies through agency, self-trust, and purposeful movement. Together we’ll explore guided movement while creating space for your own choices, honoring your body, your movement, your voice, and your power. This class will tie in reclaiming your space if you’ve ever felt disconnected or unsure if you are in the right place, it will address being active as we age and allow us to feel our very own strength as we move.
