Sara Schwartz is the founder of Riot Alliance, a Philadelphia-based sound healing and jewelry business with a social justice mission. Transformed by her personal experience with stress relief and grounding through sound, Sara became a certified Sound Healer to share this practice in community.

With a background in trauma-informed care, Sara has a deep understanding of healing-centered practices offering immersive sound bath and Himalayan bowl bodywork experiences in group and individual sessions that support participants to experience restful release in a welcoming, safe environment. Central to her work is the honoring of indigenous sound healers and a commitment to making sound healing accessible to marginalized communities.

Sara's 2024 Weekend Getaway Offerings

ALL THINGS SOUND - WORKSHOP

Have you been wanting to dive deeper into the world of sound? In this immersive workshop, we will learn about the benefits of sound healing on your physical body, nervous system and talk about how to integrate it as a part of your rest practice. Participants will then get hands-on experience playing a wide range of sound healing instruments, and we will finish the workshop by breaking into groups to practice playing short sound baths for each other!

HIMALAYAN BOWL BODYWORK - PRIVATE SESSION

Experience a deeper form of relaxation and sound healing through the vibrational healing of the Himalayan Bowls being played directly on the body (think sound massage!). In this private session, Sara will guide you through a meditative experience as she uses Chakra bowl healing techniques by playing the Himalayan bowls on both the front and back of the body. This session will support you to process deep emotions, ease physical pain and realign your energy centers through vibrational healing.
