Sara's 2026 Weekend Getaway Offerings

BREATH & SOUND WITH SARA SILVERSTEIN - FRIDAY EVENING ACTIVITY

The gathering begins here - before the bonfire, before the weekend fully opens, we come into one room and arrive together with breath and sound. Sara Silverstein leads the breath. It rises, it opens you up, and then it slows all the way down until your body is quiet. That is when Sara Schwartz of Undercurrent Sound Healing brings in the sound to ground you into your body, and all you have to do is lie there and let it wash over you. No experience needed. If you have never done Breathwork before, this is a good place to start. And you do not need to know anything about sound healing either. The tones do the work for you, moving through the body without asking anything of it, and most people leave the room feeling weightless. Come as you are. Leave ready for what the weekend has for you.

SOMATIC PLEASURE SESSION - PRIVATE SESSION

These one on one somatic sessions invite you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body in a deeply supportive way. Through breath, gentle somatic practices, and guided awareness, we create space for tension to melt and for pleasure, ease, and aliveness to return. You may choose a 25-minute mini session for a nourishing reset or a 50-minute full session for a more spacious, embodied exploration and integration.

BREATH & SOUND SMALL GROUP SESSIONS WITH SARA & SARA - PRIVATE SESSIONS

Three small group sessions across the weekend, each one fifty minutes of breath and sound together. Sara Silverstein guides the breath. Sara Schwartz guides the sound. The groups stay small, so there is room to actually be met. The morning sessions are a gentle way to wake up. Slow, steady breath that clears the night and settles your nervous system before the day begins. Saturday evening asks for a little more. Breath that stirs some energy and warmth in the body, then eases you all the way back down into rest. Then Sara Schwartz of Undercurrent Sound Healing takes over. Once the breath has opened you up, sound goes where words and effort cannot. It moves through muscle and bone, finds the places still holding on, and loosens them without you having to do a single thing. Leave feeling grounded in your body. No experience needed for any of them. You are guided throughout, and you can always modify or rest.
