COMMUNICATION IN RELATIONSHIPS - WORKSHOP
Sometimes the strategies we use to keep the peace—avoiding difficult conversations, minimizing hurt, or trying to calm someone too quickly—can leave the people we love feeling unheard and create even more conflict. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how to recognize these patterns, stay present with difficult emotions, express concerns without blame, and listen in ways that support genuine understanding and repair.
ROOM FOR WHAT'S REAL: SUPPORT FOR WOMEN IN TRANSITION - WORKSHOP
Join Sasha and Maren Rae Oser for a facilitated gathering where you can bring your current experience of change regarding relationships, caregiving, identity, health, loss, or anything that's alive for you now. This circle offers a guided, respectful space to listen, share, connect, find support, and discover the comfort of remembering that we don't have to carry everything alone. Sharing is optional.
PERSONALIZED THERAPY SESSION - PRIVATE SESSION
This private, one-on-one session offers a supportive space to explore what is coming up in your relationships, emotional life, or current season of change. Together, we will identify patterns, clarify your needs, and consider practical next steps toward greater well-being.
