Rise Gatherings Task Force Program
Rise Gatherings emboldens women to follow their passions, utilize their strengths and be a part of the change they want to see.
As part of that mission, we offer the opportunity to join the Rise Gatherings Task Force Work-Trade Program.
Overview
- Assist with business operations including but not limited to marketing, communications and event production.
- Short or long term positions averaging 5-10 hours per week.
- Compensation with financial discounts to the 2024 Weekend Getaway (Sept 20-22 in the Pocono Mountains of PA). Earn a portion or the entire ticket price with hours contributed. (based on $25/hour towards ticket)

- Desire to be a part of nurturing the growth of the Rise community for the purpose of supporting other women
- Enthusiastic and curious about personal development and creating community
- Accountable and organized
Things to Know
We work with each Task Force member to create a portfolio that is aligned with her skills, strengths and interests, to fulfill both her needs and those of Rise Gatherings.
Task Force members work closely with and receive mentoring and training from Rise Gatherings Co-CEO’s, Operational Lead and Marketing Specialist.

Role
